Dale DeGROFF – Dale DeGroff is one of America’s leading mixologists. Often referred to as the “King Cocktails,” DeGroff creates award-winning cocktails, trains some of the world’s best mixologists, and has established himself as a leading authority and well-known personality in the beverage world. DeGroff is the author of The Craft of the Cocktail and The Essential Cocktail to be released in October 2008.
DOUG FROST – Frost is one of three people in the world who hold both Master of Wine and Master Sommelier titles, and is an author and contributor to The New York Times, San Francisco Chronicle and Sante Magazine. Frost is also the beverage consultant to United Airlines. STEVE OLSON – Selected as the 2005 Cheers Magazine Beverage Innovator, Olson is an industry expert, lecturer and former co-host of Food Network’s “Quench,” who was named 2003 Spirits Professional of the Year by Sante Magazine. He is currently on the air as co-host of Spirit Basics. PAUL PACULT – A leading spirits and wine educator and writer for such publications as Wine & Spirits, Cheers and Connoisseur he is also publisher/editor of F. Paul Pacult’s Spirit Journal. He is a founding partner of Beverage Alcohol Resource, LLC (BAR). DAVE WONDRICH – Founding director of the Museum of the American Cocktail, his latest book Killer Cocktails 2005 is well-known by cocktail experts. He is a contributing editor at Esquire and writes for numerous other magazines on the subject, including Saveur, Gotham, Wine and Spirits, Playboy, and Drinks.
